Investment Details

Franchise Disclosure Document
Now that the general information is out of the way it is time to get down to the details. After a review of the FDD we will circle back and discuss any questions you may have after reviewing the FDD.

Prep Call for Discovery Day
Details are all ironed out, we know we are a good for for one another. It’s time to break bread together, and for you to come see what it’s all about. We will go over what to expect and the schedule for your visit.

Attend Discovery Day
Now that you have made it here, you realize after all the learning and conversations we have had today feels like a reunion. Who know exactly what you will get to see, we work with nuisance wildlife, it could be any other the common critters we handle: Gator, Snake, Raccoon, Opossum, Squirrel, Fox, Beaver, Skunks (smells like money), or Sasquatch. Either way, we know you are going to have a packed day meeting the family, listening in to some calls, and checking out every facet of our business.
If you decide we’re like family you never knew you needed, we’ll proceed to sign the Franchise Agreement. Then, it’s time to schedule the comprehensive two-week training session to prepare you thoroughly. Despite the intensity, from here on out you’ll have our support every step of the way.
