How much does it cost to start a franchise?
The cost will depend on how big the market is where you want to open. Our franchise fees start at $35,000 and can be as much as $55,000. The total amount you’ll likely need to invest at the beginning ranges from $61,650-156,600. For more details, ask us for our Franchise Disclosure Document.
Do you offer veteran discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all honorably discharged and active duty service members.
Can I get a loan to buy a franchise from you?
Yes, we offer loans of up to 90% of the cost for qualified individuals.
Do I need to do the work myself?
Our franchise model allows you to manage your franchise and hire technicians to do the work.
Do I need experience to buy a franchise?
Pest and Wildlife experience is a plus, but you don’t have to have experience. It’s helpful if you have a background in customer relations and business as well.
How many franchises are there?
As of December 31, 2023, we had 20 franchises.
Can I buy more than one franchise area?
Yes, you can if we decide that you’re qualified and that this is the right plan for you and the brand. Some of our franchise owners own more than one.
Do you provide training?
Our national training facility in the North Houston area hosts a comprehensive two-week training program for every franchisee before their launch. However, our commitment to training doesn’t end there. Our Support Services team will be there for you throughout your tenure with us, offering continuous guidance and assistance. Additionally, we organize a yearly conference for all franchise owners to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
How many people need to live in my area for me to be awarded a franchise?
There’s no set number of people that need to live in your area. Generally, we look for areas with a population of 150,000 or more.
